Firstly, I would like to congratulate Shelly Wood's on her bronze medal I have watched her train and believe me she really deserves it. When I told my dad she had to rerun her race and she had lost her silver medal his reply was, puts on gruff voice "If she tries a bit harder she might get a gold next time." You see what I have to put up with. Dad's eh you can't kill em!
College is going OK, I am taking 4 A levels, English, History, PE and Physiology. I really would like to be a professional athlete; but I would settle for being a teacher.
Footie training on Tuesday and athletics training on Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday was a good session. Started off with a gentle 2000 meter warm, core strength exercises then 8 200m with just a slow walk back in between.
Finally today we beat Burscough 5-1 at footie.
