Training was cancelled due to the bank holiday. Went to the JJB Gym instead. Started with 4 miles gradual warm up on the treadmill followed by 4 times 30 seconds flat out on a 5 deg incline.
Moved on to the weight machines and did some extra work on the legs pressing 80kg then 100kg. What a relief the sauna felt great, I can't help noticing the large blister on my little toe.
Note to dad I need some new spikes!
The stomach aches have gone since I switched energy drinks, I now use Gatorade it doesn't taste to great but eh you can't have everything.
The bus didn't come again 13 quid for a pass and I am left standing on my own again. Perhaps I should stick my trainers on and run it.
